Processing time

My current order processing time is 1-2 business days.

Delivery time and dates 

I currently only ship to Australia.

All the delivery times mentioned are based on Australia Post estimates. Holiday delivery times may differ. Visit https://auspost.com.au for Holiday/Peak season delivery time lines.

Within Australia, please allow 8 business days to receive your order.

My order hasn't arrived

Please refer to your tracking information to check on the status of your delivery.

It is rare for an item to be lost or damaged in the post. Unfortunately, it can happen. 

If you haven't received your parcel within the above mentioned timelines, please contact me and I'll follow this up for you. 

Returns and Refunds

Digital Products

No refunds or exchanges are given on any of my digital products.

Physical Products

At Pixel Phoenix, I promise to provide my products as they are displayed on this website. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. In the unlikely event where you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the item. A refund may be offered, as many of my products are limited quantities only and no replacement may be available. If items are faulty, I do ask for these items to be returned for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again. No refund will be given if products are not returned to me. If you wish to return an item, please email me for instructions on how to proceed. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Return to Sender/Cancellations

Please note, I have a 'No Cancellation' policy, so please be sure of your order before you place it. If you have any questions, please reach out before you place your order.

Any parcels returned to sender because of incorrect address provided by the customer will incur postage charges to be sent out to you again. Australia Post is now charging senders for Return mail and this charge will be passed on to the customer if an incorrect address is provided. Please ensure the address on your account is correct.

If the error is on my part, I will bear the cost of sending you your order, or refund.

No refund or replacement will be issued for unauthorised Return to sender / or for failure to collect your order from your local Post office.
